This page explains what happens to the details you send me when you enquire about makeup. Last updated October 2026.

Who I am

By.EmWebster is run by Emily Webster, a makeup artist based in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees. You can contact me at makeupbyemwebster@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form, I receive what you type in: your name, email, phone number (if you add it), your wedding date and ceremony time, how many people want makeup and trials, where you'll be getting ready, and any message.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, check my availability, send you a quote and, if you book, plan your appointment or wedding morning. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

How it reaches me

The form is sent to my email by Web3Forms, a form service. Bookings, contracts and payments are handled separately when you book.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If you book, I keep your booking details for as long as I need them for my records and the law.

Cookies and visitor numbers

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It may count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've used your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
